Our center has been working with Elias Research since 2015 and they are truly a pleasure to collaborate with! The process has been streamlined throughout the years and it’s now very simple to apply to the trials you’re interested in learning more about. They are very easy to communicate with via email or phone. I’d have to say one of the biggest hesitations when opting to utilize an SMO for a site is transparency with the contract and payments. We have NEVER had any issues with this in the 8 years we have worked with Elias. They provide you with a copy of the sponsor contract and your SMO contract. If amendments are needed throughout the study, they are quick to accomplish this. The working relationship with them has been very positive for our establishment and I would recommend their services to anyone considering partnering with a professional SMO.
